You may also be asked to provide proof of your payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dk4444 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. dk4444 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
You must notify dk4444 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. Until such notification is received and acknowledged, you remain liable for all activity conducted through your Account.
Your dk4444 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate closure of all involved Accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. dk4444 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts. You will be notified via your registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. The Account will be reactivated upon successful login.
dk4444 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dk4444 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges for which dk4444 accepts no liability.
